Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed, cut, or modified
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team via the contact page or email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with signs of use or missing components.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss exchange options for your specific order.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard return policy.
